Abstract

The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody recognizing SCYE1 protein, and a method and kit for quantifying SCYE1. According to the present invention, the monoclonal antibody recognizing SCYE1 protein can be used in diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory disease related to SCYE1 by measuring the concentration of SCYE1 in blood.
La présente invention concerne un anticorps monoclonal reconnaissant t la protéine SCYE1, et un procédé et une trousse pour la quantification de SCYE1. Selon la présente invention, l'anticorps monoclonal reconnaissant la protéine SCYE1 peut être utilisé dans le diagnostic et le traitement de maladie inflammatoire associée à SCYE1 en mesurant la concentration de SCYE1 dans le sang.
